Live sessions are with Head Coach Matt Tolnai & US div 1 player Jacob Lampkin via zoom. (NOTE: Not required to have a basketball hoop).
On demand
15 hours of on demand content that will be released weekly! If a player misses a session they can catch up on a similar session to the one they missed! Pre recorded session can be accessed anytime during term 4.

What you need to bring

- Basketball x 2
- Tennis ball
- Drink bottle
- Appropriate shoes
- Device to connect to sessions
Recommended:
- Bluetooth headphones with microphone
- Yoga mat
IMPORTANT - Basketball hoop is not required.
IMPORTANT - ABA can lend out training equipment (eg basketballs) on request.

What are the extra costs?
None! All costs are included in the Academy price.
Can all my children join?
Yes, all levels (beginner, intermediate & advanced) run on the same days, so your children can train!
Can my child be with their friends?
